Wash and clean pork chops, remove excess fat, I leave on for extra flavour. Pat dry and sprinkle with 1 drizzle olive oil, in a bowl combine all dry seasoning and mix well to combine then season meat. Cover and marinade for at least 30 minutes. Heat the remaining olive oil on medium heat, brown chops 3 minutes on each side. When done, add butter. When butter melts add minced garlic, sliced onion, and diced parsley sauté for about 2 minutes, layered pork chops in the pan, add fresh thyme and chicken broth, cover and cook for 15 minutes, due to the fact my pork chops were thinly sliced.
Tip: If your cut of pork chop is not thin, I recommend longer cooking and time and maybe more chicken broth.
