    In a bowl combine all the ingredients to marinade chicken and mix well to combine. Wash chicken wings with water and vinegar. Pat dry, lay on baking sheet and marinade well, leaving 1 ½ to 2 tsp. of marinade for later. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 bake uncovered for 35 minutes, then remove and flip and bake on other side for 15 minutes. In the meantime in a sauce pan, melt the butter, then add minced garlic, minced ginger and sauté for 2 minutes, add ketchup, brown sugar and remaining marinade, stir well to combine for about 2 minutes, then add Guiness, salt, black pepper, stir constantly and cook for at least 6 to 8 minutes on low.
