  1. Trim meat, removing all excess fat, wash with vinegar and water, or lemon juice and water, rinse and drain well. Add green seasoning, combination dry seasoning, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, beef bouillon , all spice, browning, rub all the seasonings well into meat, cover and marinade at least 2 hours, overnight if possible. Heat ghee or avocado oil, brown meat about 3 minutes on each side, put brown meat into instant pot, with minced garlic, minced ginger, sliced onions, tomatoes, fresh rosemary , fresh thyme and butter. Use the red wine to deglazed the pan you brown meat in and pour that in the instant pot as well , pour hot water in the bowl meat was seasoned in and swoop it to get all the good stuff left behind and pour that into instant pot as well, cover and select meat stew option, cook for 30 minutes. Let the steam out and remove lid, add carrots and drained butter beans, stir and mix well, add flour rouge, ketchup and stir again to mix well, cover and again select meat stew and cook for 15 minutes.
