A different spin on the popular cole slaw recipe, a little more on the healthier side.Â

In a small bowl combine pineapple juice, ginger, mayo mustard, scotch bonnet pepper, honey, black pepper and salt and whisk well to combine. In a large bowl pour bag od Cole slaw, then pour liquid mixture over it and using two large spoons toss and combine well

Chill for at least 5 minutes in refrigerator before serving.
