Jamaican Coconut Curry Goat with Potatoes

Ingredients

• 3 lb goat meat (cut into cubes)
• ¹⁄₂ tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder,
• ¹⁄₂ tsp ground cumin, seasoning salt, deied oregano, dry thyme,
• 1 ¹⁄₂ tbsp curry powder (divided 1 n 1/2)
• 2 tsp turmeric powder (diivided 1n1)
• 2 cup water (hot)
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 tbsp green seasoning (spicy)
• ¹⁄₂ cup diced onion (largely diced)
• 1 cup red, green and yellow bell peppers (largely diced)
• 1 tsp scotch bonnet pepper (About a whole scotch bonnet pepper, seeds in)
• 2 cup diced potatoes (diced to desired sizes.)
• 2 tsp oil (oil of choice for cooking)
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 3 stick fresh thyme
• 3 stick green onions
• 2 tbsp butter
