Ingredients

• 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean chicken, removing excess fat and impurities. Drained and pat dry. Season with 2 tsp jerk marinade and all the dry seasonings listed. Cover and marinade at least 30 minutes. In the meantime prepare your sauce by combining sugar, ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce , water, remaining 2 tsps. Jerk marinade
  2. and cornstarch, whisk well and set aside. When ready to cook, first start with pasta, boil water and add salt, cook pasta for 8 minutes, drain and set aside. Heat oil in your skillet, brown chicken pieces for 3 minutes on each side, remove and set aside, in the skillet add onions and garlic and stir well to combine, cook for 2 minutes, add carrots and stir well to combine, cook for 2 minutes, add the chicken back in and stir well to combine, add the sauce, cover and bring to a low boil and let cook for 5 minutes, add the cabbage and bell peppers, stir well combine, then add the cook pasta and stir well to combine making sure the pasta is coated in that sauce.
