Peel and deveined shrimp wash shrimp. At dry and drizzle 1 tsp olive oil onto shrimp, season with ½ tsp salt, lemon pepper seasoning, black pepper, ½ tsp old bay, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika and creole seasoning. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan, brown shrimp for 2 minutes on each side, remove and set aside, Add diced onions, and minced garlic, bell peppers, onions and saute for 2 minutes, Add carrots and stir well to combine, add white wine and stir well, add butter , cilantro paste and adobe birria marinade and stir well to combine, cook for 5 minutes, add chicken broth, salt and pepper flakes, stir well to combine, bring to a boil, add orzo stir to combine, cover and cook for 5 minutes, add brown shrimp , cover and cook remaining 5-8 minutes or until Orzo is cooked.
