Ina large bowl combined ground beef and ground pork, add eggs, panko bread crumbs, 1 tbsp jerk marinade , 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sazon all purpose seasoning and black pepper , 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce , diced onions and 1 tbsp minced garlic . Using your hand combine everything well, form your meatballs to desired sizes, and lay on a tray and set aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350, bake uncovered 45 minutes. In a large sauce pan, add the olive oil and butter, add remaining minced garlic, green onions, ginger and sauté for 2 minutes.
