INGREDIENTS
• 2 lbs. thin cut bone in pork chops

• Wash pork chops in water and vinegar, rinse and drain well, lather with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with1 tbsp jerk marinade, 1 tsp salt, black pepper, oniony powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground all spice, ground coriander, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, dry spice blend, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Rub seasonings well onto both sides of porkchops, cover and marinade at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350, bake porkchops for 45 minutes uncovered, flipping them at the half way mark. In the meantime in a sauce pan, melts butter add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, add plum sauce, ginger, honey, water and stir well to combine, add additional pinch of onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine cooking for 3 minutes. Remove porkchops from oven .pour sauce over pork shops and put back in the oven for another 8 minutes.
