Wash and clean salmon with water and lemon juice, scale but leave the skin on. Pat dry with clean paper towel, drizzle 1 tbsp oil of choose, season on both sides with all the seasoning . Heat 3 tbsp oil on medium high heat, sear salmon on each sides for 4 minutes, Remove and set aside, In the same pan add garlic, ginger and bell peppers, cook for 2 minutes, add butter, pineapple chunks, stir to combine, add brown sugar, honey , soy sauce, cooking wine, red pepper flakes, water, and lemon juice, stir well , cover and bring to a low boil, add cornstarch slurry and stir to combine, bring to another low boil. Pour over salmon and serve.
