  1. Heat oil on medium high heat, add garlic, and onion, sauteed for about 2 minutes, then add diced pumpkin, carrots and whole all spice berries, mix to combine well, sauté while stirring for about 3 minutes, add 1/3 cup of water, cover and cook for about 8 minutes.
