    In a small bowl combine all the dry seasonings with jerk marinade, 1 tbsp olive and mix well to combine. Wash and clean chicken wings, pat dry and season well with season mixture, cover and marinade at least 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, preheat oven to 350, add the cornstarch to seasoned chicken wings and coat each pieces on each sides well with the cornstarch. Layer potatoes and carrots on baking sheet and drizzle remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, using your hand make sure to lather them well with the olive oil. Add wire rack and layer chicken wings on the wire rack. Bake for 50 minutes, at halfway mark, remove and stir the potatoes and carrots around and flip the chicken wings on the other side.
