  1. In a stock pot, heat oil and butter, add onions, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, add tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes , add ginger and stir well to combine. Add all the dry seasoning , except for the lemon pepper seasoning and mix well to combine, add the rice , stir well to combine, and continuing stirring for 2 minutes, Add 1 ½ cups of broth , green onion and thyme and stir well to combine, cover and cook for 10 minutes, in the meantime add the lemon pepper seasoning , the white pepper and the white pepper to shrimp and mix well to combine. After 10 minutes, add the shrimp and remaining ½ cup of broth stir to combine, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
