Description

This is another quick and simple chicken recipe, a great addition to your weekly meal plan rotation, you will love it because you will have dinner ready in 30 minutes or less and the only reason it is 30 minutes is because of the side you choose with it, I love to serve it with white rice and steam broccoli.

  1. Wash chicken breasts and remove excess fat, pat dry with cleaning paper towel, cut into bite size or desired sizes. Drizzle 1 tsp oil onto chicken pieces, season with all dry seasonings, except for nutmeg. Heat the remaining 2 tbsp oil on medium heat, brown chicken pieces about 3 minutes on each side, until you have a golden colour. Set brown chicken pieces aside, in the same pan, add ginger and minced garlic, sauté for a minute. Add remaining ingredients while stirring the whole time, once all the ingredients are in, stir for about 2 minutes to incorporate all the ingredients, then add brown chicken pieces and stir to combine.
