This recipe is a great addition to your appetizer or brunch. It can be served with crackers, but I love it on garlic butter toast. I like to slice some French toast bread in a diagonal cut, then add fresh minced garlic and parsley to the butter, later onto the bread and bake till golden and crips.
Spinach and Salmon Dip
Description
This creamy, flavorful dip is perfect for appetizers or a brunch spread. Pair it with crackers for a quick snack, or elevate the experience by serving it on garlic butter toast. To make the toast, slice French bread diagonally, spread it with butter mixed with fresh minced garlic and parsley, and bake until golden and crispy.
The dip combines seasoned baked salmon with sautéed spinach, creamy Boursin cheese, parmesan, and a blend of bold spices. It’s a crowd-pleaser that balances richness and zest, enhanced by a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for brightness. Enjoy it warm for maximum flavor!
