Wash meat and trim excess fat. Pat dry, season with all the dry seasonings, low sodium soy sauce, lime juice, diced bell peppers and onions, green seasoning and sliced garlic. Cover and marinade overnight or for at least 1 hour. Heat oil on medium heat, add bay leaves, ginger, star anise and whole all spicy berries, cook them for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
