Chicken, Shrimp and Crab Coconut curry gumbo

I went in my kitchen to make Gumbo one day as the weather in Florida actually was perfect either for soup or Gumbo. I asked my husband and he said Gumbo and so I went in the kitchen to make Gumbo, and this was what I came up with, It has become one of our favourites.
