INGREDIENTS

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta using direction on box. In a bowl combine all the dry seasonings and use a fork to combine well. Although I bought my meat already pre-shaved, I still used scissors and cut them in smaller pieces. Heat olive oil in skillet, add 2 tbsp butter ½ of the minced garlic, and leaves from rosemary, add the dry seasoning mix, leaving about 1 ½ tsp remaining, cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant, add the meat and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove meat from skillet add remaining 1 tbsp olive oil in skillet, add onions ½ of the red and green chili pepper, the bell peppers ½ of the green onions. Add 1 tsp of remaining dry seasoning mix and stir to combine well. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute, then add pasta water, stir to combine all the ingredients, add ½ of your cheese, add the cook pasta and remaining ½ tsp dry seasoning mix, stir well to combine, Add the cook meat back in with remaining cheese, stir well to combine, then add remaining green onions and green and red chili. Tip you can use heavy whipping cream instead of pasta water, and then you would not need flour also. But I want to limit my dairy intake and since that is more cheese than I like to eat, I remove the heavy whipping cream.
