  1. Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl combine all seasoning mix, leaving half of the salt for later. In a small bowl, combine all the dry seasoning and using a fork mix well to combine. Wash and clean chicken with water and lemon juice and remove any impurities, including excessive skin and fat. Pat or air-dry chicken pieces.
