After that remove the cover and cook for one hour uncovered start on the inside and halfway through flip it on the outside. When it is almost done, in a saucepan, add ketchup, honey, mustard, remaining 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, the cinnamon powder and ginger and the remaining seasoning mix left over from seasoning the rib cook slowly for 10 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove the rib from the oven. Lather both sides with the sauce and put back in the oven for another 15 minutes, remove let sit about 5 minutes, then cut and divide into sections. Tip, for the last 15 minutes, you can put your oven on broil to get a sauce to thicken up more on the ribs.
